Expert Collision Repair in Papanui, Christchurch

The real EXPERT, with patience and kindness! I had a notorious leak in my car that no other shop was able to even identify where the water was coming from. Until Andy who spent three hours helping me, tackling every possible crack. On top of doing a good job, affordable prices! Couldn’t have run into better people. So grateful.

I highly recommend Papanui Collision Repairs Ltd. After seeing their excellent reviews and discovering they were the only repair shop open after noon on a Saturday, I gave them a call and dropped in for a quote. From the moment I walked through the door, my experience was nothing short of outstanding. Andrew and Christine are true professionals who clearly take great pride in their work. They were incredibly accommodating, providing a detailed breakdown of the repairs needed for my daughter's car, along with realistic pricing and friendly, honest advice. If you're looking for an exceptional repair job done properly, this is the place to go. Andrew's skill and experience are obvious from the quality of his workmanship. He genuinely knows his trade and takes pride in delivering repairs to a very high standard. Christine keeps everything running smoothly and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Together, they provide honest, reliable service and make you feel valued as a customer. I was genuinely amazed by the finished result. The repair was flawless—you would never know the car had been involved in an accident. Rather than opting for a quick cosmetic fix, they carried out proper metal repair work and restored the vehicle the right way. I decided to write this review because I was so impressed with both the quality of the workmanship and the level of customer service I received. I have no affiliation with Papanui Collision Repairs Ltd—just a genuinely great experience. If you're after quality workmanship, honest advice, and fair pricing, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend giving Andrew and Christine a call.

I was looking at getting some rust repairs done under car. Being reasonably new to Christchurch a friend recommended Papanui Collsion, and had no regrets. It is a family owned business who having only purchased about eighteen months having previously worked there as an employee years before . If you want that family feeling of knowing you will get a good job done at a fair price ,I have no problem in recommended them and wish them all the best in this tough industry
