Panel Beating & Crash Repair

Straightened, rebuilt, and back to factory spec

Whether it's a minor bump or major collision damage, we straighten, reshape, and rebuild panels back to factory spec. We won't stop until your car's back to the state it was in before the accident.

What panel beating and crash repair involves

Collision damage rarely stops at the surface. A dented door or a crumpled bumper can hide bent brackets, misaligned mounting points, or a chassis rail that's been pushed out of true. Andrew's approach starts with a proper assessment of what's actually happened underneath the panel, not just what's visible from the outside.

From there it's a structural process: pulling and straightening panels back to their original shape, replacing sections that are damaged beyond repair, and rebuilding mounting points so everything lines up the way it left the factory. Every structural repair is checked against factory measurements using the Spanesi Touch 3D measuring system, so you're not just getting a panel that looks straight, you're getting one that's confirmed straight.

This matters for two reasons. First, safety: crumple zones, airbag sensors, and structural rails are engineered to behave a specific way in a future impact, and a panel that's been eyeballed back into shape rather than measured can compromise that. Second, resale and warranty: a repair that's out of factory spec can show up in a pre-purchase inspection or a future insurance assessment.

We handle everything from a single dented panel to a full structural rebuild after a serious collision, and we'll tell you plainly if a panel needs replacing rather than repairing, and why.

Problems this solves

Dents and crumpled panels

From a supermarket carpark ding to a crumpled door after a side impact, panels are pulled and reshaped back to true.

Structural misalignment

Doors that won't close properly, panel gaps that aren't even, a bonnet that sits crooked, all signs of a structure that needs straightening, not just cosmetic filler.

Hidden impact damage

The Spanesi Touch system picks up damage that isn't visible to the eye, so nothing gets missed and signed off as fine when it isn't.

Major collision damage

Full structural rebuilds after serious collisions, including panel replacement where repair isn't a safe option.
